About this Service

• Miatta Civic Centre Event Reservation Service enables individuals, organisations, and government institutions to apply online to use the Centre for approved events.
• Applicants must upload an event programme/agenda and required documents: valid ID (individuals), organisation registration (organisations), or letter of endorsement (government institutions). Each file must not exceed 2MB.
• Applications are reviewed for compliance and availability and processed within three (3) to five (5) working days. Submission does not guarantee approval. The service is provided by the Ministry of Information and Civic Education (MoICE) to ensure transparent and efficient access.
